A Workshop on UV-Visible Spectrophotometer was organised by Bansal College of Pharmacy, Bhopal on 13th April 2024 for students of VIth Semester.Dr. Prabhat Jain, Director, Scan research lab Bhopal was the workshop expert. The welcome address was given by Dr. S. Nayak, Principal, Bansal College of Pharmacy, Bhopal. Today students learnt about UV-Visible Spectrophotometer under the expertise of Dr. Prabhat Jain.
He delivered an excellent lecture and explained the basics about equipment in an easy manner. The students also get to learn about principle and working of sophisticated instrument i.e. UV spectroscopy and its various parts. In the second session, students performed simultaneous estimation of drug with spectrophotometer available in Bansal College of Pharmacy. The practical part was led by Mr. Adarsh Sharma under the guidance and supervision of our Expert.
All the participants were highly satisfied and the expertise delivered would be fruitful in their coming future for appearing in interviews.
