The students & faculty members of BGI eagerly took part in the International Yoga Day Celebration, where they performed 108 Surya Namaskars alongside 1500 residents of Bhopal. Their enthusiastic participation contributed to Bhopal’s effort to set a World record program organized. Yoga, a transformative practice, represents the harmony of mind and body, the balance between thought and action, and the unity of restraint and fulfillment.
International Yoga Day, celebration that welcomes and values the participation of all organized by the “ToneOp YOGSHALA” ToneOp (The Leading Platform For Health And Fitness) of Bhopal Madhya Pradesh. People from mixed age Groups performed Surya Namaskar under the guidance of seasoned yoga instructor and fitness experts, honoring their skills, strengthening their bodies, and cultivating mental fortitude at ToneOp and they got maximum people performing Surya namaskar at a single venue.
The ToneOp Founder Mr. Parth Bansal awarded as a world Record Holder.1960 people registered their names in the India Book of Records by doing 108 Surya Namaskars simultaneously at a single venue. This historic event was organised in Bhopal.
