The Department of Pharmacology is one of the medical science departments that form part of the Institutes pharmaceutical Sciences Division and is focused on basic life sciences research, undergraduate teaching for pharmaceutical sciences students and the training and development of graduate students.
The Department of Pharmacology was first established in 2003 in pharmacy campus. The Department provides State-of-the-Art facilities to conduct essential teaching to our pharmacy students. In our educational aspects, we want to provide some opportunities for the students where they meet new people who might inspire each other and discover the unique research themes. In our lectures and practices at the department, we teach students not only offering them the fundamental knowledge, but also educating them important methods of making their own decisions in order to practice the proper and prompt drug treatments when they become pharmacist in the future.
