An online webinar was arranged by Bansal College of Pharmacy, Bhopal on the topic “ Foldscope & its Application”. Foldscope is a new discovery to  shortout the disadvantages of microscope and for the popularization of science. Foldscope was invented by an Indian Scientist Mr. Manu Prakash. The instrument is very simple, made of paper and lenses and useful with low manufacturing cost and very convenient for field, anyone can handle in easy way.

The lecture was delivered by Dr. Parul Gurjar, Former Junior Research Fellow, Indo-US Foldscope Project, Govt. of India. The webinar was inaugurated by Dr. Sanjay Jain, Joint Secretary, Bansal Group Of Institute & Prof. H.B. Khurasiya, Group Director, Bansal Group of Institute. The welcome address was delivered by Dr. S. Nayak, Principal, Bansal College of Pharmacy. The webinar was well attended by around 300 students/ participants and they enjoyed the interactive session with a lot of question answer.

The aim to organize this webinar was to aware the students about new and cost effective technologies.

The webinar was co-ordinated by Prof. Ritu Sharma, Assistant Professor, Bansal College of Pharmacy, Bhopal and was attended by around 300 participants.

At the end of program, E-certificate were distributed online by filling feedback form.
